PLANNED MAINTENANCE (PLEASE READ)

Please note that the ILS contact form will be unavailable due to planned maintenance from 4pm Thursday 13th August until 9am Friday 14th August.

PPL HMRC AUTHORISATION CODES (PLEASE READ)

To support you with your PAYE scheme, PPL needs to be authorised as your PAYE agent with HMRC (coding notices, queries etc). HMRC will send a letter to your registered PAYE address with an authorisation code. Once you get it, please send it to us straight away by calling 0330 123 2815 or emailing [email protected] so we can complete the authorisation. Without this, PPL won't be able to access your PAYE records or manage HMRC queries, so getting this back to us quickly avoids any disruption to your payroll. Drop In Sessions

To give the social work teams or clients an opportunity to speak with an adviser face-to-face through either a bookable or drop-in appointment. An advisor is available at each session to advice on queries, recruitment or help clients on how to use the peopelplus portal

Peer Support Meeting

This event provides the opportunity to join others in receipt of direct payments. The aim is for you to share your experiences and to lead the support and shaping of the service you receive, in a relaxed way.

Employment Law Training

Do you receive a Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget and use it to employ Personal Assistant(s)? This session provides an overview of the legal obligations you have when employing your own PA and looks at the support available.
